A grand event at the Taiji Holy Land, with high waves welcoming guests
At the opening ceremony of this year's "One Competition, One Festival," Gao Lang enthusiastically contributed 200 Terminator 380 lights to illuminate the entire venue, vividly showcasing the Tai Chi landscape pattern. The entire event unfolded in four chapters representing the four seasons ("Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn"), seamlessly integrating Jiaozuo's Tai Chi culture with its landscape culture, represented by Yun Tai Mountain, in terms of spiritual connotation. A spectacular drone show further highlighted the city's theme of "China's Health Preservation Land, World Tai Chi City," setting the stage for the event.

On the evening of September 16th, the 10th China Jiaozuo International Tai Chi Chuan Exchange Competition and the 2019 Yuntai Mountain Tourism Festival opened at the Jiaozuo Tai Chi Sports Center Stadium. Jointly hosted by the National Sports General Administration Wushu Management Center, the China Wushu Association, the Henan Provincial Sports Bureau, the Henan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the Jiaozuo Municipal Government, the event, themed "Tai Chi, Mountains, and Rivers; High-Quality Jiaozuo," adhered to the principles of "excellence, innovation, benefiting the people, and frugality." It included 43 events in sports competitions, cultural tourism, business and trade, and foreign affairs. The opening ceremony was attended by a Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the Executive Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party, who also declared the event open.

Throughout the event, the dazzling beams of Gaolang 380 encircled the center of the stage, enhancing the audience's engagement with the strong stage rhythm. The event used seasonal changes as a visual perspective, narrating the origin and rise of Tai Chi culture and paying tribute to 5,000 years of Chinese civilization. The audience applauded enthusiastically as a series of wonderful performances unfolded, including "Yuntai Love Song," "Mountain Dancing Silver Snake," "Tai Chi Peak," and contemporary Tai Chi folk performances, showcasing China's rich cultural arts through Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi drums, singing, dancing, and acrobatics.


At the end of the event, a live connection was established with friends from various countries to receive their blessings. Fellow countrymen then sang "Chinese Language," expressing the world theme of "neighbors are close, countries are connected, and hearts are linked." This demonstrated the bright path of Chinese culture going global.
