The opening ceremony, themed "Transcendence • Towards the Future," showcased the beauty of Anhui, highlighting the cultural charm of Anhui and the spirit of the participating cities, emphasizing the unique charm of "Anhui Style and Huizhou Rhyme" and "The Most Beautiful Pavilion City."

At 7 pm, the opening ceremony officially began. Armed police officers in a strong and upright posture escorted the bright five-star red flag into the venue. Amidst the majestic national anthem, the five-star red flag was raised slowly and fluttered in the wind.

The opening ceremony performance was divided into four parts: prelude, brilliance illuminating Jiang Huai, dreams reflecting the future, and dynamic splendor. The 6,000-plus square-meter ground stage, mobile pavilion bridge three-dimensional structure, and panoramic projection screen created a three-dimensional interactive experience on the ground, in the air, and on the stage.
